BCTC Summer Camps

We run the following Summer Camps in 2019:

BCTC Camps – For children ages 5 to 11 years.

Full day or half day Tennis (QP) Mon-Fri 9 am – 12 pm 1 pm – 4 pm August 12 August 16

Full day – Tennis:

Tennis camp at Queen’s Park (morning AND afternoon). Cost: $200.

Note: If registering for full day camps there is NO childcare during the lunch hour.

Half day – Tennis:

Tennis camp at Queen’s Park (morning OR afternoon). Cost: $100.

Learn and play tennis skills development:

This exciting program teaches juniors ages 5-11 tennis fundamentals including strokes such as forehand, backhand, volley, and serve, as well as footwork, scoring, and court etiquette. Classes will be small to focus on individual strengths and needs.
Things to bring to summer camp: racquet, sunscreen, cap, water bottle, and peanut-free snacks, lunch and needs for a full day. Casual tennis attire, shorts, t-shirt, tennis or running shoes, and smiles!

Online registration

The online registration form will be available April 1st. Note the following:

  1. Ensure you fill out all the required information (marked with an asterisk *) before hitting the submit button.
  2. Ensure that you tick the last box that indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions of your application.
  3. Have all your information ready before starting to fill out the form.
  4. For security reasons, the form will time out if you don't finish it within a reasonable timeframe which will force you to start over.
  5. The form is for 1 child only which means that every sibling has to fill out its
    own form.
  6. If you have any problems registering online, please send an e-mail to barrietennis@hotmail.com.

Fee payment

Membership Fees may be paid by Cheque, Money Order or e-Transfer. You are encouraged to use Interac e-Transfer to reduce the workload on the Executive.

Instructions for e-Transfers

Sending an Interac e-Transfer: Step by step

  1. Login to your online banking
  2. Create a profile with your email address and/or mobile phone number if you have not already done so.
  3. Select “Send Interac – e-Transfer” under “Transfers”
  4. Add a recipient profile by entering 'BCTC Treasurer' plus this email address tennisfeesbarrie@outlook.com
  5. Choose the recipient 'BCTC Treasurer' to receive an email.
  6. Create a security question and answer that only you and the recipient know. Send a clarification e-mail to tennisfeesbarrie@outlook.com if required.
  7. Identify name in the 'personal message' line. For example: Tennis Camp fee for Karen Smith or fees for Karen Smith/Paul Smith.
  8. Select an account from which to make the transfer and enter the amount
  9. Send the Interac e-Transfer (your account will be debited the transfer amount immediately, plus any applicable fees)
  10. Within 30 minutes the recipient will be notified that the payment has been made.

Registration fees are payable by cheque or money order to the order of BCTC Inc. Instructions for payments by
e-Transfer can be found above. Payments may be mailed to 16-72 Ross St., Barrie ON L4N 1G3. Receipts will be issued only for payments unless specifically requested. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Filled out registration forms, along with payment, can also be dropped off in the mailslot at the back door of our Club House at 75 Ross Street in Barrie.
If registering for full day camps there is NO childcare during the lunch hour.

City of Barrie Lesson Program 2019

The City of Barrie is running the lessons for this year.
Details will be listed on this page as soon as they become available.

Please note that all fees below are for Barrie residents only – Non-residents will be subject to a
15% surcharge on the base fee of each program.
